These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and p56com ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the p56com website, mobile interface, games, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on p56com, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by all provisions contained herein.

This Agreement is effective as of the date you first access or register on p56com and remains in full force for the duration of your use of the Services. p56com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Access to and use of p56com is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for participation in casino-style gambling activities.

• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where the use of online gambling services is restricted or prohibited.

• You have not previously been self-excluded from p56com or any other gambling platform in a manner that would prohibit your current access.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

p56com reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, passport, or other official document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the full range of p56com Services, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active p56com account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of this Agreement.
• Account Verification (KYC): p56com operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed.
• Account Ownership: Your p56com account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• Minors: If p56com discovers that an account has been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately closed, all funds will be returned to the depositing payment method (minus any bonuses), and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

p56com reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your p56com account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members or friends.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your p56com account and update it regularly.
• You must notify p56com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your credentials have been compromised.
• You must ensure that you log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

p56com will not be liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — will be deemed to have been conducted by you, unless you have notified p56com of a security breach in a timely manner.

p56com employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, no security system is entirely infallible, and p56com cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible threats.

p56com accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Currency: All transactions on p56com are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds.
• Deposit Limits: p56com may impose deposit limits at the platform level or at the request of the player as part of responsible gaming tools. These limits are binding once set.
• Processing Times: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance.
• Failed Transactions: p56com is not responsible for failed deposits caused by issues with your payment provider, insufficient funds, or incorrect payment details entered by you.

All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering screening. p56com reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds for any deposit, particularly for large or unusual transactions.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Verification Requirement: All withdrawal requests require a fully verified account. p56com may request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• Withdrawal to Own Account: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the payment method used for deposits where applicable.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified.
• Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are typically processed within the same business day, subject to banking hours.
• Wagering Requirements: Funds derived from bonus credits may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Right to Withhold: p56com reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

p56com offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion details.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not used within the specified time limit will be forfeited automatically.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements, or may be excluded entirely from bonus play. Refer to the specific promotion terms for applicable game restrictions.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse and Fraud: p56com reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other form of fraudulent activity in connection with a promotion.
• Eligibility: p56com reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility to specific player segments, geographic regions, or payment methods at its sole discretion.

p56com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use at the time of the change.

All games available on p56com — including live dealer games, slots, bingo, crash games, and all other titles — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• Random Number Generation: All non-live games on p56com use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are operated by third-party providers, including Evolution Gaming. The rules and outcomes of live dealer games are governed by the respective provider's certified procedures.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, p56com reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. p56com's decision in such matters is final.
• Disconnection: p56com is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or device failure on the player's end during an active game session. Where possible, game state will be preserved and restored upon reconnection.
• Maximum Winnings: p56com may impose maximum payout limits on individual games or game sessions. These limits will be stated in the applicable game rules or promotion terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on p56com and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the KYC process.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to use your account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to p56com immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including but not limited to arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of wagering requirements.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing p56com staff or other players through any communication channel.

p56com reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to forfeit all balances and bonuses associated with such account, and to report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

p56com is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that notify them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) during which they will be unable to log in or place wagers.

Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the duration specified and cannot be reversed at the player's request during the exclusion period.

All content on the p56com platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, trademarks, and service marks — is the exclusive property of p56com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the p56com platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from p56com.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in the platform.
• Use any p56com trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of p56com's intellectual property is a violation of this Agreement and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which p56com reserves all legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p56com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, game errors, or system outages.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or other circumstances outside p56com's reasonable control.
• Any reliance placed on information, content, or materials published on the platform.

p56com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your p56com account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude p56com's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

p56com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account for cause, p56com reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, any real money balance pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting p56com customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to any pending withdrawal or verification requirements.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

p56com operates in the context of the Philippine online gaming regulatory environment. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of p56com complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.

p56com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, p56com will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Your continued use of p56com following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 of this Agreement.
